QUALIFICATIONS
- Individual Subcontractor Installers and Whole Window Crews Welcome
- 1-3 Years Experience Window Removal and Window Installation
- Independent Subcontractor with Licensing, Insurance and Workman's Comp
- Must Own a truck and/or trailer and/or van
- Must Own necessary tools to perform installations
- Experience in the use of a brake, and other hand tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Lead Renovator Certification and Lead Firm
- Driver's License
- Provide top quality, Professional Window installations
- Communicate with Install Manager, Install Admin and Homeowner throughout installation
- Utilize company provided portal to supply progress photos
- Collect Completion Certificate Signature
- Monday to Friday Work Schedule
