We're looking for self-led, extremely detailed cleaners who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast paced environment. A thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to help maintain short term vacation rental units in the STL Metro area. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in a clean comfortable and orderly condition.
The Cleans -- we clean all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. Since they're short term rental turns, this of course includes changing out linens for all bedrooms and bathrooms (towels, sheets), Since the units are cleaned very often, the appliances and general areas remain relatively clean, the most time consuming part is typically the linens. There are washer/dryers in each unit for this task, so you can clean while washing/drying.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
Skills
- Hotel and/or professional residential housekeeping experience mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
