Job Overview:
As a Professional Organizer at Aaron's Estate Sales, you will play a pivotal role in our estate sale operations. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up, organizing, and transforming clients' homes into estate sale-ready environments. Your attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the success of our estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team to transform clients' homes into organized estate sale setups.
- Efficiently set up and stage the property, ensuring all items are appropriately displayed for sale.
- Organize and categorize items for optimal presentation and pricing by the pricing team.
- Ensure the estate sale setup adheres to our high standards of organization and presentation.
- Safeguard clients' belongings and maintain the integrity of the property during the setup process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the setup phase.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in professional organizing or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Physical stamina to lift and move objects as needed during setup.
- Previous experience in estate sales or knowledge of antiques and collectibles is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Ferndale, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
