Karins and Associates is seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor to provide exceptional value to our clients by transforming ideas into successful projects with superior service and innovative solutions. Responsibilities include but not limited to;

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare the stakeout setup for field crews and as built of stormwater management, underground stormwater holding chambers, bioretention facilities, and dry and wet storage ponds.

• Experience in overseeing and directing survey crews and technicians and providing all aspects of surveying and types of surveys

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least 15 years of surveying experience

• PLS license in DE/PA/MD preferred

• AutoCAD skills required

• Must have a valid driver's license

• All applicants must be physically able to perform certain field duties on an as needed basis
