Unbeatable Compensation:

• Our starting wage is $22 per hr cleaning. Our average team member earns $26 per hour. We only hire w-2 employees. Depending on your expertise and commitment to our training program you can earn as much as some of our experienced technicians making as high as $45 per hour including drive time between jobs. Yes, you read that right! Because we do zero advertising (no need to!) and are not a franchise, we are able to allocate that money to employee compensation. Responsibilities:

• Our availability is 7:45 A.M. to 5 PM Monday - Friday
• Clean, disinfect and organize all equipment at the end of the shift
• Clean houses with a variety of products, disinfectants, and machines
• Vacuum hardwood floors and carpet
• Place fresh linens on the bed
• Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals
• Wash cloths

Qualifications:

• Good Physical Shape - This is a very physical job. It has been said that it's like getting paid to work out!!
• Punctual and Dependable
• Good driving record for the last 5 years and have your OWN reliable transportation (We tax reimburse for mileage)
• Able to lift and carry tools of the trade
• Have a smartphone to be able to clock in and out of jobs
• Be able to work independently
• Good positive attitude
• Trainable
• MUST Pass Criminal Background Check
