• A Reliable and Consistent Workload and schedule! We have a waitlist of over 100 clients, the need is real and we can keep you as busy as you want to be with opportunities for overtime if desired (never required)
• Independent Work Environment, after the paid training period you are a solo Cleaning Technician that is responsible for the care of the clients assigned to you. You will go from your home, to your cleaning jobs and back home again at the end of the day! No extra unnecessary commute time!

• High Pay, our Cleaning Technicians are averaging $20-22 an hour consistently, our top performers are averaging $26-29 per hour! These are actual numbers, averaged out over a 3-6 month period of time using real data from our 20+ Cleaning Technicians!
• We encourage Tips and as a solo cleaner you keep 100% of all tips you earn!
• Opportunity for Advancement, we have current openings for quality assurance team members, trainers and office staff! Our trainers earn an additional $100 bonus per trainee and our experienced trainers can comfortably train up to 2 trainees at once, over a 35 hour workweek, that's an additional up to $5.71 per hour!
• Paid Training, if you don't have any professional cleaning experience, you are in good hands! We have a comprehensive training program that includes written instruction, videos, job shadowing, knowledge retention quizzes and of course guided hands on practice! All paid at our generous hourly training rate!

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle with insurance and valid plates
• Valid Driver's License
• Smartphone to use for company Mobile App (scheduling and job details)

We are currently hiring for 5 full time, 9-5 M-F cleaner positions. You need to have a reliable vehicle to use daily for work and a squeaky clean background! We provide all training, all products, and equipment needed to do your job safely and effectively - you provide your transportation and a desire to help people!

We service both St Charles and St Louis Counties, we do keep you in the zone that is no more than 30 min from your home and as close as possible! Our Service area is a 20 mile radius of our office in St. Peters, so if you are outside of our service area, you will have a larger commute time, as long as you understand this and are happy, we are too and will work to keep you on the closest end of the service area as often as possible!

Compensation: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour

Pay: $550.00 - $850.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
