Details About the Job:

• Flexible Schedule: Full time or part time work available (with optional opportunities for nights and weekends, if desired)
• Service area: Greater Des Moines Area
• In-person residential & commercial cleaning work (One time & reoccurring basic cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move out cleans)
• Weekly or daily jobs, instructions/details, directions and schedule accessed via company website/employee portal

Must Have:

• 2+ years of related cleaning experience.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must acquire general liability insurance before first job. Recommendations can be given upon request.
• Must own vehicle w/insurance – reliable transportation required for travel to job sites
• Must own a smartphone – you will need daily access to company app for job information
• Speak English
• Be capable and willing to work alone or with a partner
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, push, lift 20 pounds

Job Type: Flexible

• Cleaners are able to manage their work calendar to tell us when they are available each week.

Pay:

• Starting at $24.75-$30.00/hour based on performance

Schedule:

• Flexible (You choose your own hours!)
