Professional CLEANING Company Hiring TEAM LEADS!

Immaculate Custom Cleaning is a family owned and operated company, based out of Mount Joy, PA. We are looking to add awesome attitudes and new LEAD cleaning techs to our teams, for PART-TIME and FULL-TIME hours. We service residential homes in the Manheim, Elizabethtown, Mount Joy, Marietta, Centerville, Manheim Township, and Lititz areas. Team leads average $18-22/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrive on location in uniform
• Clean residential homes with a small team of cleaners
• Help to load and unload equipment from team lead vehicle
• Assist in equipment and supply maintenance

Job Requirements:

• NO CLEANING EXPERIENCE necessary! We will train you
• Daytime Hours- flexible start and end time
• Transportation to our Office in Mount Joy, or transportation to drive to each job
• Background check- no crimes of dishonesty
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Ability to go up and down stairs often
• Positive attitude, hard-working, and willingness to learn. Everyone can clean, but not everyone can clean like our teams!

The job is working with a small team of trained cleaners. We, as owners and TEAM LEADS, pride ourselves in preparing the team by excellent hands on training, great communication about each homes needs. We have found this to be an easy way to create a fun, low stress cleaning environment.
