Location: Various locations, including residential and commercial properties.

Salary: $20 per hour.

Job Description:

As a Professional Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards are met in both residential and commercial settings. Your primary duties will include:

1. Residential Cleaning:

   • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
   • Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including countertops, tables, and furniture.
   • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
   • Cleaning kitchen appliances, countertops, and cabinet exteriors.
   • Making beds, changing linens, and tidying up bedrooms.
   • Removing trash and recycling.

2. Commercial Cleaning:

   • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors in common areas and offices.
   • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and handrails.
   • Cleaning and restocking restroom facilities.
   • Dusting and wiping down surfaces in offices, reception areas, and meeting rooms.
   • Emptying trash and recycling bins.
   • Refilling supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

3. Attention to Detail:

   • Ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet high standards of hygiene and presentation.
   • Paying attention to detail to identify areas needing special attention or maintenance.

4. Customer Service:

   • Providing excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from clients.
   • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

5. Safety and Security:

   • Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
   • Maintaining security by properly handling and securing keys or access codes for properties.

6. Time Management:

   • Managing time efficiently to complete tasks within allotted time frames.
   • Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and client needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
