For this position, you must be able to:
- Create all classic espresso beverages: cappuccino(8 to 20oz), latte(8 to 20oz), flat white, cortado, macchiato, espresso shot, and mocha latte (8 to 20oz)
- Memorize the orders of our regular customers
- Chat and engage with customers while making drinks and taking orders
- Cater to our customers every needs including - taking drinks and food to their table in the outdoor/indoor seating areas, managing outdoor heaters, holding doors open, providing extra support for people with disabilities and special needs like people with children, ensuring all needs are met after they receive their order, bringing waters to their tables, etc
- Be completely ready, clean, and well-groomed for shifts exactly when shifts start. This is absolutely critical to us as we are a small business with a very small team.
- Maintain a spotless and organized cafe - proactively cleaning all equipment, behind the bar, lounge, bathroom, and the cafe's exterior

Experience:
- creating beverages using a commercial espresso machine: 4 years (Required)
License/Certification:
