Aerotek is hiring ENTRY LEVEL candidates for a fast and growing company in San Antonio! . NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
We are hiring immediately:
Material Handlers-
- Moving materials around the facility, from one department to the next
- Communication and organization: communicate with team leaders when a box is mishandled, or products are in the wrong department
- Lifting and labor no more than 33lbs
- Repetitive, non-stationary role
- Moving items off pallets
Machine Operators:
- places a small part onto another small part. They will then press a button to initiate a process. Rinse and repeat.
SCHEDULE:
- Day shift - 6am-3:15pm
- Night Shift 6pm-3:15am
- Some mandatory Saturdays, as needed. Must be willing to work on Saturdays!
Pay is anywhere from $14.50-16.00/hr and additional weekly attendance bonuses.
- This is a contract to hire opportunity. After 120 days you will be hired on direct to the company.
- $500 sign on bonus when hired direct
- Perfect attendance (40 hrs/wk) you will receive a 40 cent/hr bonus, along with 75 cent/hr bonus for every overtime hour
