How you will impact WestRock

The Production Worker will safely performing a wide range of tasks, conducting quality checks, material set-up, machine set up and maintaining a clean and organized work space. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and powered equipment.

• Starting Pay: $19.69/hr PLUS Shift Differentials for 2nd & 3rd shifts ($0.55, $1.00)

What you need to succeed:

• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate powered equipment, and other duties as assigned
• Ability to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position (10 - 12 hr shifts and Saturdays as needed)
• Must be willing to work any available shift
• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills
• Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach and kneel for up to 12 hours a day and push or pull up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required

Pay: From $19.69 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

• This facility is not climate controlled – hot/humid in the spring/summer & cold in the fall/winter. We do have heat and fans throughout the plants. Are you comfortable working in this type of environment?
