Production Worker

Dillmeier Enterprises, Inc. (DBA Dillmeier Glass) is currently seeking Production Workers for our glass fabrication operation located in Van Buren, AR.

Skills and Requirements:

• Handles and moves glass from different areas of the plant.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Must be able to lift 50 to 75 lbs. unassisted. Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Must be able to follow instructions from Supervisor.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• All Production Workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notify supervisor immediately of any issues.
• Regular and predictable attendance, safe performance of tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• OSHA Regulated facility. New employees will need to be fully vaccinated for hire.

Education/Experience:

• HS Diploma/GED Preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 Year Production
• REQUIRED HEAVY LIFTER

Will discuss shift upon interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
