SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Production Workers (General Laborers) in Goodyear, AZ. As a Production Worker for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced food production environment and assist with the creation and packaging of ready-made meals to ship to customers.
Production Workers are required to perform a variety of tasks that require manual labor and use of tools, machinery, and equipment. The position entails heavy lifting and standing on your feet the entire shift. Cool environment - temperatures will range between 32 and 39 degrees.

Production Workers - General Laborers Shift Hours:
- 1st Shift 4:00 am-2:30 pm or 6:00am-4:30 pm.
- 2nd Shift 2:30 pm-1:00 am
- 3rd Shift 5:00 pm- 3:30 am or 7:00 pm-5:30 am.
Responsibilities of the Production (General Laborers):
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment to produce meals and packaging.
- Follow instructions and adhere to all plant safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift to ensure a safe work environment.
- Prepare and maintain materials and equipment at the start, during, and end of production.
- Works with entire production team to assist with manufacturing and warehouse processes from beginning to end.
- Ensures that all completed meals are packaged and ready to ship out in time.
Required Qualifications of the Production (General Laborers):
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required.
- High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
