Job Description
The Production Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production line, including assembly, packaging, and machine operation. They will ensure that products are produced efficiently and to the correct quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks on the production line including assembly, packaging, and machine operation
- Follow work instructions and procedures to ensure products are produced efficiently and to the correct quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Report any defects or issues to the team leader or supervisor
- Communicate effectively with other members of the production team
- Meet production targets and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Mechanical Assembly Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Packaging Experience
- Forklift Licensed

Salary info:
$16 - $17 / hr
