Production Worker

Nexeo HR is seeking a Production Worker for the weekend shift in the Brigham City area. In this position, you will play a crucial part in ensuring products' efficient and accurate assembly. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork and safety while contributing to production.

Responsibilities

•Efficiently operate and monitor production machinery to ensure the quality and quantity of products meet the required standards.

•Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure working environment. This includes the proper use of safety equipment and reporting any safety concerns.

•Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, standing throughout the shift as necessary, and be willing to work overtime on Saturdays when required to meet production demands.

•Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including the requirement to wear steel-toed shoes for specific roles within the production, and any other safety measures necessary for a secure working environment.

Qualifications

•Proficiency in speaking and reading English is essential for understanding instructions, safety guidelines, and communication with colleagues and supervisors.

•Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and the willingness to work extended hours, including Saturdays, based on production needs.

•A high school diploma or GED is no longer required for this position, making it accessible to a wider range of candidates.

•Ability to follow safety protocols, which may include not wearing jewelry on the production floor (with exceptions for certain piercings, subject to approval), and the use of steel-toed shoes for specific roles within the production.
