• Starting hourly wage for the Production Worker is $18.50 an hour depending on experience!

What will you do as a Production Worker?

As a part of the Production Team, the Production Worker is responsible for operating various pieces of equipment in order to produce Coca-Cola products. This position is also responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.

• Operate and monitor equipment in an efficient manner and replenish materials as needed.
• Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area.
• Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available.
• Visually inspect production run and document results.
• Watch for potential problems on the production line.
• Maintain cleanliness of production area and keep all work areas clean through good housekeeping to include but not limited to: sweeping and mopping when necessary, recycling/destroying defective finished goods, proper shut off procedures for equipment at end of day.
• Operate forklifts in a safe manner.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
• Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment

In the Production Worker role, we are seeking someone who:

• Is detail focused
• Likes working in a production environment
• Likes to be on the move, and is capable of lifting up to 50lbs on a regular basis
• Has 1-year general work experience and is over the age of 18

In the Production Worker role, we prefer candidates who:

• Have a High school diploma or GED
• Have prior warehouse/production/equipment service experience
• Have a forklift certification
