Production Worker

Roylco develops and manufactures early childhood educational products (primarily arts and crafts) and distributes them worldwide. We are located in Anderson, SC. We are currently seeking a Production Worker in our die cutting department. The operations include, but are not limited to, clearing and packaging parts and running a machine. No experience is required but experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.

This position is perfect for the person who is not thrilled by 12-hour swing shifts and working weekends. We run one day shift at 10 hours, Monday through Thursday. The type of people who join our team, instead of the larger companies in the area, are people who value their quality of life outside of work.

Highlights of the job:

· Day shift only

· Monday - Thursday most weeks with occasional Friday AM work. 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Skills and Characteristics needed for the position:

· High energy level. Must be a fast-paced person.

· Good attitude with the ability to receive instruction and correction.

· Eagerness to learn and make continuous improvements.

· Clear verbal and written communication skills.

· Concern for producing quality products.

· Basic math skills.

· Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift 50 pounds.
