Production Assembly Specialist
Autoliv, the world leader in automotive safety, is seeking motivated, quality-focused individuals to join our team as a Production Assembly Specialist in our cutting-edge facility. This is a full-time position with a starting wage of $22 per hour.
Job Purpose:
The Production Assembly Specialist is responsible for assembling airbag modules and components, performing quality checks, and ensuring that all work is carried out to Autoliv's high safety and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble airbag modules according to instructions and procedures.
• Perform quality control checks on assembled products.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
• Work closely with the production team to meet production goals.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a production or assembly role is an advantage.
• Must possess strong attention to detail.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills are required.
• Must meet ATF requirements.
Working Conditions:
This role involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, noise, and airborne particles. Safety equipment will be provided.
The physical requirements of this role involve regular standing, lifting and moving of items up to 50 pounds, and operating hand tools and assembly machinery.
Available Shifts:
Days: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Swings: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Grave: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
