Production Worker
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Laporte IN. This company is dedicated to providing the highest quality packaging services with quick turnaround times at a competitive price. Their ultimate goal is to build mutually beneficial long-term relationships with their customers based on trust, dependability, and outstanding customer service.
Production Worker Job Summary:
- $15/hr.
- Monday - Thursday 7am – 5pm Possible Overtime on Fridays
- You will be working with a great team in a warehouse environment.
- Packaging different types of cleaning products for distribution
- Stacking empty bottles onto a production line and setting the pace for production
- Twisting caps onto bottles just enough to get them started for a machine to complete
- Inspect the quality of all parts as they are moving on an assembly line
- Building boxes, filling them with product, and finishing them by sealing the box properly
- Stack completed boxes onto pallets and make sure they are ready to be shipped
- No work experience, no problem, willing to train the right candidate!

Production Worker Qualifications:
- Able to stand at your workstation for long periods of time
- Work with hands by twisting for 8+ hours
- Communicate effectively and professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the pace is kept by a machine
- Required to know how to count.
- Be a Team Player
