Your Key Responsibilities

• Validates and implements production technologies.
• Improved production technologies in terms of quality, cost, and srobustness
• Validates machines, tools, processes, and systems.
• Supports/enables production department to realize production (hand-over, training, troubleshooting).
• Drives continuous improvements.

Your Qualifications

• Prefer 3-5 years experience as production technician or in technical role
• Experience with SAP, vision system programming, troubleshooting production machinery (forming, grinding, heat treatment, automated assembly, induction)
• Minimum 2 year technical degree in tool/die, electrical, set-up or equivalent
• Prefer international/regional training/experience from another Schaeffler location if internal candidate
• Prefer six sigma green belt certification or desire to obtain
• Ability to use critical thinking to solve complex machine and tooling challenges.
