Job Description
2nd shift hours: Monday - Thursday (3:45 pm - 2:45 am)
Training will be on 1st shift: Monday - Thursday (6:00 am - 4:00 pm)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recommending operational changes
- Assessing risks
- Ensuring safety guidelines are followed
- Resolving production problems
- Conducting performance evaluations
- Giving and receiving employee feedback
- Training employees
- Facilitating team participation
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
- Communication
- Training and motivating team members
- Organization and planning
- Managing projects and teams - leadership or mentoring experience would be a clear advantage for this role
- Being customer oriented and courteous
