Production Support Clerk

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Daily labor tracking using MAX login/logout system

· Daily database production entries

· Daily database shipment entries

· Track daily, weekly, monthly & yearly defects per line, per employee, per model

· Daily report of units in repair & repairs or parts needed

· Daily, weekly, monthly & yearly tracking of production vs goal

· Assign serial numbers for each unit for each new production lot

· Print Assembly Check Sheets & Pre-Shipment Checklists for each unit for each production lot

· Print Test Sheets for each unit for each production lot

· File & maintain records of completed Assembly Check Sheets & Test Sheets

· Track & maintain training records for Assembly & Control Box personnel,

· Maintain Assembly Ability Matrix utilizing information provided by Manager & Line leaders.

· Research historical data as requested by customers or management

· Provide Inspection Sheets for Final Inspectors, updated daily.

· Track Employee Occurrences and Training Opportunities.

· Perform introductory training for new employees on basic department topics

· Oversee introduction training on ISO requirements for new employees.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and related software.
• Familiarity with production processes helpful.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, planning, and detail oriented

• Ability to work unsupervised to accomplish desired goals and meet deadlines.

• Reliable, skilled in time management, and maintains excellent attendance.

• Proactively observes all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Should exhibit ability to follow Denyo rules regarding breaks, smoking, cell phone use, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
