Job Duties

To supervise and manage pasteurization operations utilizing modern techniques & technology to provide quality milk products within mandated State & Federal regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in production line supervision and food handling. Valid driver's license. Considerable Milk pasteurization experience may substitute for formal education. General knowledge of agricultural productions. Demonstrated ability to supervise, follow written and oral instructions, keep accurate records & solve practical problems. Skilled in teamwork.

Additional Considerations

Certified in Appendix N of Pasteurization of Milk Ordinance (PMO). Microsoft Excel and Word experience. Working knowledge of procurement process. Demonstrated ability to process customer orders, schedule production and schedule milk pick up. Knowledge of marketing strategies. Knowledge and ability to operate plant equipment: receiving, processing, pasteurization, separation, packaging, and clean-in-place (CIP).
