Production Superintendent - 3Rd Shift

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Supervises, coordinates and prioritizes activities of production personnel to meet customer, plant and management requirements.
• Ensures effective use of manpower.  Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
• Recommends measures to improve production method, equipment performance and quality of product.
• Ensure safety standards are observed and enforced.
• Champions 5s activities for the production area.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

This full-time, salary role is a part of our Production team and reports to the Operations Manager.

Required experience:

• Bachelor's degree; or five years plus related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Progressive and Transfer presses preferred.
