• Fast paced environment
• Frequent overtime scheduled
• Production associates will be required to pack beef patties.
• Production associates will rotate and qualify in different jobs across the plant, (example: Formax Operator, Box Machine Operator, etc).
• Associates must follow all established safety policies, rules, programs, and practices at all times.
• Associate will qualify in recordkeeping and documentation if required in a particular position.
• Cold environment, Production floor temperature is 48 degrees.
• Able to stand on their feet for 8 hours a day. *
Requirements
Must have good attendance and reliable transportation.
