This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world class engineering center with the focus on excellence.
As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. This role requires on-call support which is covered by the team on a rotational basis.
Basic Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship on U.S. soil is required. This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a U.S. Citizen.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry.
Basic knowledge of SQL and Linux
Customer Service experience
As a Production Software Engineer, you will troubleshoot and analyze basic technical coding issues submitted by internal or external clients. You will own, debug, and document basic investigations and resolution of issues within code base using varied technical techniques, including modifying existing software code, In addition, you will perform root cause analysis, help identify problem areas, make recommendations to development teams, as well as communicate with internal and external clients and teams on issue resolution. Lastly, you will create code-based queries and development testing tools, consult with clients to understand problems and requests for additional information, and develop knowledge of assigned solution, technologies, development processes and ecosystem.
