ABOUT THE ROLE
Honeywell is seeking an ambitious Sr Production Scheduler to join the Tempe Repair & Overhaul team. You will report directly to the Tempe R&O Materials Leader with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your production scheduling and materials coordinating skills as an integral part in the success of the company. As a Sr Production Scheduler, you will perform production scheduling, material coordinating and resolve tactical material shortages for your assigned business or channels.
You will utilize tools such as SAP, Tableau and Microsoft Excel to maximize material clears by scheduling and coordinating incoming supply of materials, inventory and work in process (WIP) to meet business objectives for revenue and working capital. You will analyze incoming customer orders and WIP to identify risks and shortages and cross-functionally collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Operations to drive resolution. You will participate in process improvement projects and become immersed within a continuous improvement culture.

MUST HAVEHigh School Diploma or GED
SAP knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills
Minimum of 1 years cumulative experience operations planning/scheduling, materials coordinating, inventory management, materials management or equivalent
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s Degree in a related operations management, supply chain management or equivalent
+2 years cumulative experience operations planning/scheduling, materials coordinating, inventory management, materials management or equivalent
Experience using Microsoft Excel Lookup functions (Vlookup, Hlookup, Xlookup, Index + Match)
Experience using Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables
Experience working with large amounts of data
Scheduling and coordinating experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers
