Production Planner/Scheduler

Viking-Cives Midwest, Inc. is looking for a Production Planner to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Plan and prepare production master scheduling to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping date and order requirements.

·Plan and schedule work flow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing processes.

·Work with other departments to insure work orders are produced, material has been ordered and material has been received in time to meet scheduling requirements.

·Continuously monitor the production process, recognize conflicts and adjust schedules as needed.

· Assist purchasing as needed.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Pass a drug screen

· Fill out an application completely

· Must have good attendance

· Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills

· Have a great attitude

· Great organization skills

· Great communication skills

· Be detail oriented

· Excellent customer service skills

· Prior production experience preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
