Responsibilities:
Forecast Facilitator: Communicate brand forecasts internally and externally. Collaborate with brand partners and SalonCentric Category Management to optimize product availability for our valued customers.
Data Detective: Provide regular and ad-hoc analyses, including in-month projections, inventory buy-downs, and margin enhancement strategies. Gain endorsement for forecasts at the Customer/Brand level.
Harmony Architect: Align Logility, SAP, and Passport forecasts for long-term planning.
Vendor Whisperer: Interact with vendors to fine-tune planning strategies.
Demand Oracle: Accurately forecast partner brand demand within specified tolerances.
Launch Luminary: Analyze performance and productivity of launches and promotions.
Promo Sizer: Determine optimal sizes for promotions and new items using the Passport tool.
Decision Driver: Provide analysis to guide decisions related to Service and Inventory.
Collaboration Maestro: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional Planning team members.
Reporting Guru: Enhance reporting efficiency, automate summaries, and streamline projections.
Margin Maximus: Identify opportunities to optimize margin through insightful business analysis.
Inventory Guardian: Minimize unproductive inventory through assortment planning and accurate SKU forecasts.
Qualifications:
Critical Thinker: Navigate complex scenarios with finesse.
Communication Pro: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Team Dynamo: Thrive in both team settings and independent work.
Challenger: Fearlessly challenge the status quo and engage in professional debates.
Excel Whiz: Intermediate Excel skills.
Forecasting Enthusiast: Background in forecasting preferred.
Tech Savvy: Bonus points if you’ve worked with Anaplan or similar forecasting systems.
Note:
This role is HYBRID; thus, open to candidates near/in/around St. Petersburg, FL.
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
