DESCRIPTION:
DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for following all safety protocols and production procedures. Works with area managers and other leads to:
- Perform production tasks assigned according to standard operating procedures.
- Finish all assigned tasks for the day as assigned by the Production Manager.
- Ensure work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized.
- Notify Production Manager, Lead or Maintenance regarding any problems concerning equipment or materials.
- Aid in analyzing root causes of production issues and developing corrective actions when necessary.
- Sets up and operates machine to bend metal pipes, and tubes to angle or contour specified by work order, drawings, templates, or layouts.
- Changing out bend dies, clamps, wipes, dies, mandrel assembly and pressure dies per specified job.
- Must be willing to work in a team setting to achieve ALL production goals for the day.
- Must have an understanding of X, Y, Z axis.
- Must be able to run the entire “cell” and keep up with production lists.
- Must be able to read blueprints and make parts to our specs and hold tolerances.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 yrs experience working in a manufacturing setting.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Multi-task in fast pace environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
