Production Associate (219873)

Closets By Design’s Production Associates are responsible for the fabrication of products in a safe, high quality, and profitable fashion.

• Committed to efficient fabrication, and quality products.
• Produce high quality custom closets, garage and home organization systems.
• Meet scheduling demands for customer installation.
• Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot.

Job responsibilities:

• Meet daily operational goals and timelines.
• Understanding company product lines, equipment, machinery, assembly standards and installation techniques.
• Maintain quality assurance standards.
• Maintain safety standards.
• Maintain factory equipment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to operate three stations in production.
• Flexible attitude, open to move through different workstations throughout the day.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of their three stations and confident in managing equipment issues.
• Follows required standards for each station. Additionally, this person will be in charge of reporting errors or issues to Production Supervisor.
• Able to keep up with workload assigned to them at their stations.
• Must be able to assist Lead Operator in any requested functions/ areas.
• Fills out paperwork completely and accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
