Who We Are Seeking
Left Field Labs is looking for an Production Operations Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting internal operation initiatives across the Sales, Production and Finance teams. We’re looking for a proactive individual with exceptional organization and communication skills to help us create and maintain excellent internal processes. You should be a self starter with a solutions-focused mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Organization and thoughtfulness will be the leading qualities in everything you do, while focusing on a sense of timeliness and ownership to drive tasks to completion. You will be responsible for helping manage the internal team’s workflow for incoming project work, project health & utilization reporting, resourcing and internal operations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage real-time resource utilization and strategically resource to ensure we meet our target staff productivity goals each week
- Manage interconnected workflows across various disciplines (i.e. Client Partnerships, Development, Motion, Production, QA, UI and UX.) and identify ways to improve workflow efficiency and output quality
- Partner with Executives and Producers to secure necessary team members following departmental processes, identify resource conflicts and keep project producers abreast of developing issues
- Proactively forecast roles needed for pipeline projects to ensure we are able to start projects in a timely manner with the right project team
- Coordinate and shift workloads as needed; resolve conflicts in shifting schedules and identify priorities
- Manage multiple organizational and administrative tasks, as it relates to resourcing operations, to support the overall growth of our teams
- Partner with recruiting to ensure independent contractors, freelancers, and/or temporary employees are appropriately onboarded to respective digital projects
- Utilize project management tools to ensure tasks are updated and properly assigned to team members
- Manage and/or track process documentation
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- 1-2 years of experience as a Resourcing and/or Operations Coordinator
- Proactive and passionate: You’re capable of seeking information, solving complex problems, navigating ambiguity and prioritizing competing deadlines
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Concise and effective communications: You’re able to lead communications with internal team to offer visibility and achieve desired results
- High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Proficiency with Google Suite (e.g. Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, etc.)
- Experience with Notion, Jira or similar project management tools, a plus
- Agency experience, a plus
The salary range for this role is $40,000-$60,000. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Culver City, California. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
