Production Marker & Grader

Studio9d8 is a domestic apparel manufacturer located in South El Monte, California. We specialize in men's and women's knit. 

Seeking a full time in-house production Marker and Grader. 

Responsibilities:

• Calculate fabric yield for costing / purchasing.
• Work with internal team and customers to ensure we have approved patterns necessary.
• Apply Shrinkages when necessary.
• Grade approved patterns from base size to all other sizes following customers' tech packs.
• Create markers to maximize fabric yield following size break downs needed.
• Plot out markers and hand to fabric / warehouse team.
• Log progress into WIP report.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Gerber. Company currently uses 8.5
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Production Marker and grader. 
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
