We are seeking a talented individual who can seamlessly adapt to our rapid-paced machining environment. This is a graphite/carbon environment and we will provide on the job training. This is a temp-hire position

- Availability for overtime is obligatory when required.
- The candidate should be able to produce product using hand & eye coordination, read & follow work instructions, basic quality inspection of own work and perform work safely.
- Ability to meet production goals for quality and quantity.
- Follow establish work instructions.
- High priority on having safe and clean workspaces.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of manufacturing and production procedures.
- Be on your feet the full shift and lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Effective communication includes active listening and taking instructions.
- Be on feet all day, lift 40lbs on a regular basis, comfortable working in an industrial setting.
- Team player able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without confusion.
- Hard worker, intensely driven, determined, goal-oriented, and intrinsically motivated.
- Basic math skills, basic computer literacy. Able to do repetitive tasks, able to keep up with the flow of the team.
