SalaryMust be knowledgeable about the operation of Injection Molding, Extrusion and Assembly process and equipment
Introduce employees to department production procedures and company policies
Provide input on yearly performance reviews for employees
Provide counseling to employees who may run into disciplinary issues through the assistance of HR. Providing proper documentation to HR
Monitor adherence to plant policies and Code of Conduct procedures.
Lead trainer for all new employees in the production area, establishing task objectives per your analysis
Develop and implement continuous improvement within departmental employees' performance through regular feedback, coaching and training
Motivate employees to learn new tasks and create efficient ways to improve safety, quality and productivity.
Responsible for documentation referring to material usage and documentation of warehouse retrieval
Responsible for correct documentation of production processes

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
