Production Manager

objective: Lead the production team, improve departmental processes, coordinate resources to ensure that the production plan and various work objectives are completed on schedule.

Main responsibilities:

1. Overall management of PMC, production, equipment, warehouse, and logistics, responsible for order delivery, manufacturing costs, and product quality.

2. Responsible for operational planning, workflow, and management standards of the production and manufacturing system, and supervising their implementation. Establish KPI management system

3. Guide production plans and supervise their implementation, solve production abnormalities, arrange personnel reasonably, promote lean production, establish standard production capacity, and improve production efficiency.

4. Technological innovation, optimizing production processes, equipment, and technologies, and improving the level of automated production.

5. Ensure that all operations on the production site comply with product quality and GMP compliance requirements, continuously improve product quality, and continuously pursue customer satisfaction.

6. Optimize warehouse management, improve ERP system system, manage material entry and exit, and ensure material turnover rate.

7. Continuously optimize the employee training system, focus on training employees, improve their skills, build a good on-site work atmosphere, and enhance team morale.

8. Communicate closely with the Asia team to further optimize the overall supply chain.

9. Regularly summarize and plan work, participate in formulating the company's development strategy and annual business plan.
