Lindsay Windows is looking for a qualified Line Lead for our North Mankato facility!
Overall Responsibility is to ensure windows are produced by the team within quality and efficiency goals. A high level of responsibility is expected of team leaders, because the safety and productivity of their team reflects on their ability to lead! Every lead works closely with the Production Manager and their team to ensure production goals and efficiency goals are met daily!
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 12-18 months actively leading a team of 10-15 or more individuals, as well as 1 year or more actively working in a manufacturing position.
Our Leads will have demonstrated skills in the following:

• Following and maintaining all required work instructions for accuracy and quality.
  • This includes all products in production.
• Provide training of for required work/tasks.
• Keeping track of employee scheduling and attendance
• Conducting performance reviews and corrective action documentation.
• Performing fundamental tasks on a computer.
• Reducing the amount of overtime by organizing workload efficiently.

Your shift:

• Our Line Leads might have varying work schedules depending on multiple factors. Flexibility is crucial. Expect 8–10-hour days, 4-5 days a week.

Your Physical Requirements Within This Position:

• Stand for the entire shift.
• Lift and transfer 35Ibs frequently throughout the course of the day.
• Lift and transfer 50Ibs occasionally throughout the course of the day.
• Reach overhead occasionally.
• Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently.
• Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently.

Your Compensation:

• $20.00-$23.00 per hour
  • Pay is Dependent on Experience (DOE)
  • Opportunity for +$2/hour Attendance Bonus!
