Production Labor - Seasonal.

Our Vermont-based client is currently hiring seasonal Food Manufacturing & Production Workers to support various functions in the production process while ensuring safe operation of the machinery and with a focus on producing the best quality product. Day & night shift positions are available (7a-7:30p) and candidates will work on a 2/2/3 rotation to support this 24/7 operation. Responsibilities:
Candidates are expected to work as a part of a team filling various roles in the manufacturing process to produce the highest quality product.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Skills:
-Manufacturing environment, individual will be expected to work on the manufacturing floor and be exposed to mechanical operations in support roles.
-Perform preventative maintenance and CIP as part of the standard process
-Troubleshoot and fix equipment and quality related process problems
-Participate fully on the team: listen, communicate, teach, share knowledge, give feedback, support other team members and be willing to work until the job is done.
-Consistently demonstrate safe work behaviors and actively support company safety goals.
-Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Qualifications:
-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
-Able to read and understand product specifications and complete job-related documentation
-Ability to work with and around industrial strength cleaning chemicals to perform CIP related tasks.
-Ability to understand general machine operations including LOTO, basic trouble shooting skills and light lubrication.
