Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Cleaning house crystal removal
- Maintain satellite locations for hazardous materials
- Collect scrap-shipping pallets
- Load soap barrels in waste hoppers
- Power sweeping for the plant
- Maintain barrel containment area
- Load and unload materials and equipment (trucks)
- Scrap hopper and trash pickup (large bins), weigh and load
- Vacuum spills from floor
- Chase parts and supplies for the plant
- Load hazardous waste truck
- Assist skilled labor in equipment repair
- Acid Recovery
- Sweep and vacuum torit soap area (replace drums as needed)
- Install bulletin boards, dry erase boards, shelving and brackets
- Set up rooms / areas for meetings
- Clean and weed substation and grounds
- All types of painting, inside and out
- Move office furniture and move it again
- Maintain car-blocking supply at docks
- Grounds cleanup and yard grading
- Build offices and move offices
- Vacuum dust from overhead lights
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Self-motivated, responsible, and ambitious individual that is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand up to 12 hours/day
