The Production Foreman is the team leader for all phases of precast production; they manage and prioritize team goals and monitor progress to ensure all operations remain on production schedule; work alongside QC to maintain PCI standards; responsible for the forming and pouring of precast products to include wall panels, mse panels and retaining wall blocks; maintain communication with management for any issues in production process.

The successful candidate must be a safety leader of a team and must have strong adherence to safety protocols. They will be willing to work in a manufacturing type operation with changing exposure to weather.

Wage range from $30 to $34 per hour, DOE.
