As aProduction Chef, your role is pivotal in overseeing all culinary operations within our dining account. Leading a team of dedicated associates, you will maintain a strong focus on safety and sanitation standards while ensuring the highest quality culinary output. Your key responsibilities include:

Primary Duties:

  • Managing cost controls and monitoring expenditures to optimize financial efficiency.
  • Crafting and designing comprehensive menus that align with the account's culinary vision.
  • Sourcing, procuring, and effectively managing inventory to meet operational needs.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and culinary team to introduce innovative culinary programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A culinary degree is highly desirable, reflecting your commitment to culinary excellence.
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience, showcasing your leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in handling high-volume production and catering, essential for success in this role.
  • Proven track record in effectively managing cost controls to drive financial performance.
  • A strong desire to continually learn and grow within a leading foodservice organization.
