SalaryResponsibilities:
- Apply wood finishes to furniture, cabinets, and other wooden surfaces
- Sand and prepare surfaces for finishing
- Repair and restore damaged wood surfaces
- Use hand and power tools to complete finishing tasks
- Follow blueprints and specifications for wood finishing projects
- Collaborate with other carpenters and woodworkers to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a wood finisher or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of wood finishes and their application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for woodworking tasks
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and prolonged standing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
