Competitive Compensation: We value the hard work of our employees. The hourly rate for this role has been increased to $25.35/hr., and the progression to full wage rate (currently $31.68) has reduced from 6 years to 2 years.
Increased Vacation: We recognize the importance of taking time off to relax and recharge. In your first year, you will receive up to 40 hours of prorated paid leave time. At your one-year anniversary, you will be eligible for two weeks of vacation time.
Accelerated Access to Benefits: now available after 30 days of employment!
Holiday Benefits: We value the importance of spending time with loved ones. To acknowledge this, we have added Easter Monday and Birthday holidays to our list of recognized holidays. Employees who work on a holiday will receive overtime pay at a rate of 1.5 times their regular pay, ensuring fair compensation for your dedication.

Making things Happen - Producing high quality products and ensuring efficient and safe machine operation.
Setting the Pace - Inspecting equipment and performing basic adjustments and preventative maintenance when needed.
Always Accountable - Following all Company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Connecting – Working cross collaboratively in a team environment.
Recipe for Success
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty pounds.
Understanding of basic math to solve problems.
Must be able to work all 3 shifts and weekends.
