Key Responsibilities:
- Work in various production areas, including order intake, material handling, assembly, final assembly, quality compliance, and quality control.
- Unpack and sort incoming goods, conducting the first quality check.
- Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of ingredients to the production line.
- Directly participate in the assembly process, guaranteeing the best quality of products.
- Champion the product, directly impacting the customer experience.
Requirements
- Be computer literate, with data entry skills.
- Demonstrate general quality knowledge.
- Keen eye for detail and a self-starter with initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a production/warehouse setting is preferred.
- Must be able to read, interpret, and take direction in English.
- Ability to bend and lift up to 49 pounds repetitively.
- Capability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Exposure to temperatures ranging from freezing to sub-freezing (0-40°F).
- Capability to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach above and below shoulders.
- Ability to work with allergens.
- Must be available to work weekends.
