We are growing and seeking an energetic, motivated, and reliable Production Associates to join our team in Westfield, IN

You will be responsible for assisting with daily warehouse tasks including blending, filling, picking, packing, assembly, shipping, and receiving while striving to maintain our standard of quality and daily productivity goals.

Chemical manufacturing experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities: Daily responsibilities of the warehouse associate role include but are not limited to:

• Packaging merchandise for shipment, either in boxes or on pallets
• Blending chemicals following a detailed formulation
• Filling high volumes of pails, jugs and cartridges
• Down packing chemicals from totes into smaller packaging
• Ensuring correct and complete labeling is attached to all filled products
• Receiving freight and placing into warehouse stock
• Pulling parts for orders
• Replenish work area inventory as required

As a Production Associate, you must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. You must be able to communicate well with management and fellow employees. Ideal candidates have a very positive attitude, be organized and have previous warehouse experience.

Experience:

• Warehouse Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
• Chemical manufacturing experience (Preferred)
• Mechanical Ability (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $23 per hour based on experience
