Company Backbone—Production Associate

Starting Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour with a 1.00 shift differential for 2ndShift. 90, 180, and 270 day probationary periods with a possible .50 pay increase at the end of each probationary period. $2,000 sign on bonus after successful reviews.

We provide different training for different positions. You just need to work hard, learn, and give us your best. Your performance may provide opportunities for cross-training in other positions and upward movement within the company.

We want you to be thrilled with your job. So, we evaluate you after 90 days. Your success results in more responsibility, increased pay, and higher-level positions when you show us excellent performance. A high school diploma is not required. You’ll stand tall, knowing you’re contributing to something special. The possibilities are unlimited.

• You may be bilingual (English and Spanish), but it is not required
• You are comfortable in a humid working environment (warm in summer, cool in winter)
• You can pass a pre-employment screening for drugs that could negatively affect job performance
