Job Summary

As a Production Worker specializing in Specialty Folding, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process by ensuring our products are folded accurately according to customer specifications. This position requires a high level of dexterity, fine manipulation skills, and the ability to sit for extended periods.

Essential Functions

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accurately fold protective gear, including gloves, vests, and industrial sleeves, according to specific customer requirements.
• Meet or exceed production rates set for specific customers while maintaining quality standards.
• Retrieve orders and specifications from the production desk to ensure accuracy in the folding process.
• Conduct quality checks on folded products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production processes.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve any issues in the folding process.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Checks packing list for accuracy and inspects collected goods.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
