We are currently seeking individuals with expertise in three distinct areas: welding, electrical, and polishing. If you are passionate about contributing to the manufacturing of top-quality kitchen equipment and have experience in any or all of these areas, we invite you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in the production process.
- Monitor production areas, ensuring efficiency and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assemble and inspect products to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Welding experience, particularly with steel and/or stainless steel, including proficiency in both stick and TIG welding.
- Assemble the prepared components and use welding equipment to join them securely.
- Assemble and install electrical components in kitchen equipment/counters.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems as needed.
- Remove excess metal and surface defects from welds, using disc or die grinder, dyna files, belt sander and polisher following standard and prescribed methods.
- Select abrasive belt or wheel according to type of finish, product being polished, and amount of metal to removed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in one of the following areas: welding, electrical, or polishing.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Adherence to safety protocols.
