About The Opportunity
Production Associates play an integral part in maintaining the success of the plant by providing coverage and support for various machine centers throughout the plant.Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering products for conversion into finished items
• Organizing final products for shipping and distribution
• Sharing team goals and managing job assignments
• Performing basic preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
• Completing general housekeeping duties to maintain a continuously safe and clean team work environment

Essential to this Position

• Wages starting at $20.01
• 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday: 3:00pm - 11:00pm)
• 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday: 11:00pm - 7:00am)

Skills & Experience
Work Experience Required

• Previous experience working on with a forklift or clamp truck
• Two (2) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Previous experience working in the corrugated industry

Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired

• Maintaining strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations to include wearing safety equipment
• Our Production Associates work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed in an unairconditioned, noisy, and high-volume environment

Additional Requirements
Physical Requirements

• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and / or pulling for at least eight (8) hours a day, up to 12 hours
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.
• Ability to work 8-12 hours in heat that may exceed 85 degrees
• Ability to work 8-12 hours on your feet (standing/walking)
